Clear UK delivery pricing, order updates and straightforward help when something is not right.
UK delivery
Standard UK delivery costs £1.99. Delivery is free when your basket reaches £13.99. The current estimate shown at checkout is 2–5 working days.
Because Gamerly products are printed to order, production time forms part of that estimate. Busy periods and carrier delays can occasionally add time.
Tracking your order
Sign in to My orders to see production updates, dispatch status and tracking details when they are available.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Email support@gamerly.co.uk with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs where relevant. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.
Changing your mind
For standard, non-personalised goods ordered online, tell us within 14 days of receiving the item if you wish to cancel, then return it within the following 14 days. Items should be unused and returned in their original condition.
Products made to your personal specification cannot normally be cancelled simply because you changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Before returning anything
Please contact us first. We will confirm whether a return is required and provide the correct return instructions. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
