- What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
- Contact Gamerly support with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate next step.
- Are all products personalised?
- No. Products marked Personalised can be customised; the rest are supplied using the design shown on the product page.
