Report an IP concern
If you believe a Gamerly product or page infringes intellectual property that you own or represent, please send us a clear report so we can review it promptly.
How to make a report
Email support@gamerly.co.uk with the subject Intellectual property report. Please include:
- Your full name, organisation (if any), email address and telephone number.
- Whether you are the rights holder or an authorised representative. If you are a representative, explain your authority to act.
- The right you say is affected, such as copyright, a trade mark or a registered or unregistered design.
- A clear description of the original work or right, including a registration number and register link where applicable.
- The exact Gamerly product name, SKU or page URL you want us to review.
- An explanation of why you believe the identified material infringes the right, with supporting links, images or documents.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the complained-of use is not authorised by the rights holder or by law.
- A statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them, followed by your typed or electronic signature.
What happens next
- We log the report and aim to acknowledge it within two working days.
- We check that the report identifies the right, the material complained of and your authority to report it. We may ask for missing information.
- For a credible or urgent report, we may temporarily pause the relevant product or content while we preserve records and investigate.
- We review the available evidence and may obtain professional advice or contact relevant suppliers or creators where appropriate.
- We decide whether to remove, modify or restore the material, and communicate the outcome where appropriate.
A temporary pause or removal is precautionary and is not an admission of infringement. This process does not replace legal advice, determine anyone’s rights or restrict any remedy available under law.
Complete and honest reports
Please do not knowingly submit false or misleading information. An incomplete report may delay our review because we may need to ask for clarification or evidence. We handle personal information supplied in a report as described in our privacy notice.
